I have never dealt with contractors but Sami was nice and patient, he said what he was going to do and he got it together. Everyone performed well. I paid him and it was all copacetic. I enjoyed it and look forward to getting my new windows done. In the meantime I love my three windows. I can finally open my bathroom window without worrying about bugs coming in, and locking them so no one can get through them. They are more than what I expected them to be.

We are happy with our overall experience with Champion Windows. There was an issue with the window trim, but it was addressed very promptly by Graham Smythe. The windows have made our home more comfortable and quiet.

I think the salesman who came out for Champion was very courteous and knowledgeable. He would answer any type of question and the demonstration he gave is actually what sold me on the windows. The sales process was low pressure and I very much enjoyed that. Once the work started the technicians showed me exactly how well they worked as team. I was happy with the entire experience and would gladly recommend Champion Windows to a friend.

They are friendly, professional and timely. They provide high quality work and are dependable. I had a new window installed, it wasn't just a replacement, so obviously this was more complicated and they did a really good, quick job.
