I put in an order of 16 windows in mid May 2024. I did not get my windows until mid August. Much later than promised. My window replacements were delay after delay. A picture window broke a day after it was installed. Problem was it was not tempered like it was suppose to be. It was not delivered and installed until Jan. 2025. Now finally I received the other two replacement windows in April 2025. So almost to the year, it took them to finally fulfill my order placed back in May 2024.

The installation of our windows was fine. My concern is the recommendation of a company to finance the project. Green leaf is all but practicing thievery . The High interest rate and the time it takes for them to Post a loan payment thus earning more interest.

While the product is worthy of recommendation, the expectation of delivery is too unpredictable. The factory delays are too lengthy when you're spending $20,000 on a home improvement. There should be a more accurate expectation set from the beginning.

I researched the best companies for my home upgrades. It came down to Champion or Anderson, unfortunately I chose Champion. This is my first time making upgrades to my new house. I just wanted a black door and matching windows. All in all this company was very disappointing in all areas. Awful service and disappointing quality of products, I paid $14,000, for 2 windows and my front door. I am about 75% satisfied with the finished product. I have spent another grand to have the project look like one room, when an experienced crew may have included the blending of the two rooms or given a better picture of what the finished project might look like.
