The windows make a big difference in the temperature inside the house. They block the outside air and make the heater have to work less. My house is much more comfortable inside.The windows are easy to unlock and open, but they are very hard to lock. I seems the windows are not all the way down even though I have pushed them down as far as I can. Product and installation crew were great, but office staff, although friendly, were not able to keep timely followup nor notify us of the ever changing delivery dates....mostly husband was anxious to get everything done since we had them fully paid a little over two months prior to installation.
