We live in a very rainy part of the state. The roof was in horrible condition. Two other companies would not even touch the project. Champion came out gave me a quote. The sales rep who came out was very knowlegeable! We are very pleased with the result of the roof! It looks wonderful!
Champion Windows of Seattle has great customer service and great installers. But, they have poor follow through on issues they need to correct.
The team was top notch. Very professional and knowledgable about their product. They were all very courteous. I'm usually skeptical but they were great!
The representative, Deb Taylor, was very knowledgeable and helpful without being unreasonably determined to sell. When I can afford the next project, I will ask for her.
