I thought they were very professional and the installation crew were very meticulous.
I don't know a thing about windows, so I guess they did a good job.
Customer service was excellent all around from beginning to end. Jarvis was great to work with and replied back in a timely fashion to all of my e-mails. Even when the window they ordered wasn't what we expected, they replaced it with no hassle and in a timely fashion (week and a half). Will definitely use them to replace all the remaining windows in my home.
I didn't like the sales approach, and I never knew where I was with them.
I have already recommend them to friend.
