I ordered a special product which wasn't available right away but they came in and put the windows in in a timely manner and when when they got the windows they came back and changed them in a very expedient manner.

Andy Zerbel, your sales rep, was very punctual for our appointment and thorough in presenting the product. He was respectful of my time. I was delighted when my window shipment arrived ahead of schedule. The installation crew was also punctual and efficiently moved ahead with the installation. Most of all, I am very pleased with the way the windows improve my home's internal "climate" and external "street appeal."

From the time we arrived at the warehouse to checkout the windows, to the the time we installed, everything went smoothly and professionally. The efficiency of the product is great, and we will probably replace all our windows in the future with Champion Windows.
