Our front window was vandalized in the middle of the week. We called Champion Windows first thing that morning and by the middle of the next day our window was completely replaced. They cared about the security of our house, and they knew that having that big window knocked out was unsafe, and that we were stressed about leaving town, so they bent over backwards to find a window and make it fit. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

Champion windows are attractive and very easy to clean. Eliminates my need to climb a two-story ladder each year to clean all our second story windows or pay someone else to do it. Great convenience to me.

When we were talking to the salesperson, he told us that he noticed that one of our neighbors had Champion windows. The neighbor came over to us during his sales pitch to tell us how much she loved her Champion windows and how much she recommended them. I thought that was pretty cool.

I saw their ad in the paper, I called them up and they came out. They were very prompt. The price was good. It wasn't a bargain but I got what I paid for. The windows look great. They did everything they said they would do. I would recommend them to anybody. They even gave me some cleaner. I was thoroughly impressed with their service and quality. For a company in this day and age, they did an exceptional job.

I was impressed with the product, and that's why I chose Champion Windows. The installation was fast. There were a couple of shortcomings, but they were taken care of on a follow-up call. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the windows.

I felt very satisfied with the entire process. The crew that came to install was personable, well organized, and kept a very clean work space. They cleaned up very nicely.
