I think that everyone was very professional, even though the first time they didn't do the cocking properly. They came back and put a frame around it to make it look better. What stuck out to me the most was that they were always professional and never got upset, even though I did at the beginning. Everyone throughout the whole process remained professional.

Salesperson great, windows came earlier than expected, kept me updated all along the process and the window installers, Tim and Arthur were professional, personable and cleaned up beautifully.
