The check that I gave Champion Windows of Seattle was misplaced. I thought there was a hold on it so I went to the bank and stopped it. I thought, then, that Champion Windows of Seattle had located it. The only issue I had with Champion Windows of Seattle was the mix up with our check but they were kind enough to tell us about it. We really like the windows. We are a family of three and all of us just love them. The looks will naturally sell. From the inside tot he outside, the windows make a world of difference.

I believe the communication with the customer can be improved. I was expecting a turn key project and not having to paint my own trim. Also, there should be a quality control process in place by the owners rep during construction .
