This is a very good company and I thank them.
With the exception of a wait for required parts that were back logged by the supplier which held up the start of my project, my experience with Champion Windows of South Bend was a great experience. The installation crew did a great job with my project. They were professional, courteous, helpful and offered to return and correct a couple of things which the original installers missed. The work was great and I am very satisfied with the quality.
I believe that they are really excellent windows. We really enjoyed them. They had to be sent back, and I don't think there was a good inspection made on the windows when it came out of the factory. It looked to me like they just wanted to get it out and get it done. I don't operate that way. I worry about it because If I am paying the price, it is going to be what they said I was getting.
The windows look nice from the outside!
