We have had two replacement windows installed this year (the rest of the house was done previously). We were very fortunate to have Isaiah install these for us. He does amazing work. The last time he was here he installed a bow window completely on his own. If they have an employee of the month award, Isaiah should certainly be a recipient.
The windows look great and Adam was very transparent in what the process was going to entail.
This is a very good company and I thank them.
With the exception of a wait for required parts that were back logged by the supplier which held up the start of my project, my experience with Champion Windows of South Bend was a great experience. The installation crew did a great job with my project. They were professional, courteous, helpful and offered to return and correct a couple of things which the original installers missed.
