I am very confident in the workmanship of the installation group. Due to weather and a busy season, the day of was pushed back a couple days and a full crew was there on a Sat. morning to complete the install of all windows in record time (less than 3 hours for 9 windows). Very happy with the results.
I can't be sure that they wouldn't send the crew that they first sent me that was so awful.
