They were very good to do business with.
I am very confident in the workmanship of the installation group. Due to weather and a busy season, the day of was pushed back a couple days and a full crew was there on a Sat. morning to complete the install of all windows in record time (less than 3 hours for 9 windows). Very happy with the results.
I took out a loan to pay for it and as part of that arrangement, Champion collected $3,000 before they started the work. They did not tell me about that before and the finance company was wondering about that. They did not know they were doing that. If the salesman had told me that, it would have saved some confusion.
The installers, Isalah and Tom, did exceptional work. They were courteous, professional and I am pleased with my windows. The sales rep was friendly when he arrived but when I told him that I needed to think about my purchase, his demeanor changed. He said that he didn't like to waste his time, he was very busy and had no time to come back. Not the same man that entered my home. I felt pressured and was very disappointed. I only purchased the windows because I was impressed with the product.
