I wish more companies would treat people the way Champion treats people. They have been nothing less than courteous, kind and helpful. They answered every question I had. They were patient with me. All the way down to the office staff, they were always nice and helpful.
When the windows were reinstalled they placed in smaller windows, but other than that I was satisfied.
I know that they are more expensive but sometimes it is worth it. When you are thinking about your home you want to make it so that you don't have to keep redoing it.
I am very happy with the window. We love it! The people were nice to work with.
I would highly recommend Steve. He was hard working and cared about the look of the windows. He was also very efficient.
We started replacing our windows with Champion years ago. Early this year I replaced 5 more. Isaiah came to put them in. He was so personable and professional that I decided to order the last 2 windows to be put in and requested him to put them in!! Isaiah is an asset to Champion!
