I feel they went above and beyond. The windows are beautiful and we are completely satisfied.
Initially, I was uninthused about this project ,because it was not stick built and had to conform to the Creekwood Villa's architectural code. When the job was finished in more than a timely manner, I was simply overjoyed at the beauty of this room. Mr. Hoffman recommended a lighter color for the rug which is clearly the correct choice. The hardware used throughout the room is stunning. Also, the color of dark brown sets of the addition in contrast to the greenery outside. I thought that from start to finish, all around they were the best value, considering it was less than half the price of their competitors and they have a great reputation.
I was very satisfied with everything. The overall installation, the salesman, and everything was perfect.
