The quality of the windows are great and the people I worked with at Champion Windows were great, but the prices were expensive for me.
Champion Windows is an excellent company to have install both patio doors and windows. I could not have asked for more excellent work than the work they had done. What they did was very excellent.
We were pleased with all of the work that Champion Windows did on our home. They promptly delivered and installed our products, and we are very satisfied.
From my first contact with Champion Windows, which was more than a year ago, up to my most recent experience, I have been very satisfied. The presentation was outstanding and led me to turn town other contractors. The windows were expected to come in between 4-6 weeks and they were delivered on the early end of that time frame. The installers worked with me and found a date that was convenient. The job was done cleanly, safely, and professionally by the window and siding installers.
This recent large project was our third time using Champion. We were obviously pleased to use them a third time and would use them again, and recommend them.
They showed me what the product was, and as far as I'm concerned I wasn't sold short on that. The service crew knew what they were doing. I'm happy with everything so far.
It didn't take more time than necessary to show me the product and explain how it's designed and put together. I was impressed, and it took about 6 weeks to make the windows because they make them according to your own measurements. Three different people came and measured three different times and within 5 to 6 weeks they were installed, which took them only half of a day. We are very happy with everything: the product, the service, just all of it. They were right on the ball, and they did a nice, clean job.
I believe there are second rate merchants in this town selling inferior products but Champion sells a first rate product. I am going to use them again in 5 weeks because I liked them so much.
