We needed our windows in a short amount of time and had a very tight schedule regarding the installation. Champion really took the ball and ran with it. They finished our job incredibly quickly.
The Champion Windows sales staff was very knowledgeable. My salesperson, Ray, gave a great demonstration. The installation crew was also top notch - very clean and efficient.
We were extremely satisfied with the salesman and with the value. We thought that the installation crew was very professional and quick. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.
Our installation crew was courteous, they were on time, and they did an excellent clean up. Our house looks fabulous. Both myself and my husband think that Champion did a great job.
Pricing seemed high.
Was told Premium siding, manufactured by Champion. Received contractor quality from local lumber yard. Installation crew was a joke, one guy, and 2 part time helpers that showed up 3 of the 7 days of installation. Wife's Flower bed on side of house was destroyed. And 2 weeks after installation, still waiting for leftovers to be removed.
I took a day off work to be there for the job and they tell me one of the doors was never ordered and it'll be done a different day. Never knew that until they showed up. The workers didn't wear boot protectors, and did not put up a wall. The only reason I knew this should be done is the worker that came to put in the door after being ordered said that's how it's supposed to be done.
