The scheduling people don't come. When someone takes off work, they expect you to show up. The schedule is a mess.
When my wife called the office for a lien waver the young women who answered was very rude and hung-up on her! The next call was from a very friendly women who took care of my wife's request.We were having a storm-door and window installed, the storm-door is great but they ordered a window that was 6 inches to small. We are still waiting for the window replacement. We are repeat customers and this was the first bad experience.
