I was pleased with Champion Windows from beginning to end. Everyone involved in the project was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I worked with Ben and he was very professional, polite, helpful and an excellent employee.

I would tell them to be very leery about who installs. The actual windows themselves are wonderful, and that is why we paid the money to have them put in. We had to have the whole outside redone because it wasn't done adequately. You have to be very cautious about who puts them in. If they get guys who can put them in and do the finished work, that is great. If they get someone like the first installer, I would have a problem with recommending that guy to them because I had a bad experience.
