Things started out good initially, then we were lied to several times by different people and given the run around. However, we finally got in touch with some awesome people at Champion, Ben, Scott, TJ & Frank, and they got the job done, they did a great job, and they rectified the situation. I'd say if Champion keeps this up, I would recommend them, but they definitely need to do some internal changes to staff and how they treat customers. Communication is key, and there is no reason to mislead people.
The installers were very professional, on time, and efficient. They are a good quality window.
