They did a nice job! The windows are beautiful. They seem sturdy and seem to last a lot longer than wood frames. It took awhile for the windows to come in since they had to make them. The salesmen was pleasant and wanted to take care of me and was very professional.

We're very happy with them. We were just so thrilled the day after we got them. You could actually tell when you walk over by the window. My daughter stopped and said, "It's not so cold over here anymore." There's just no comparison with our old windows. We got the wood grain look and we were just very pleased with it. They were just very clear, they didn't mind us asking questions and calling or going over and double checking. They never acted like they were tired of us coming over. They arrived on time, and worked every day until job completed. If they were waiting for something they would let me know the details. We were very happy with the work and the workers.

There were 2 gentlemen that performed the work and they were very neat. Took off their shoes when they came in and did an excellent and quick job and cleaned up after themselves and hauled off all of the trash.
