I thought they were exceptional. They were here right when they said they'd be & came out, did the measurements & took care whatever else we needed. They had the job done a week sooner then expected. I would call them again to do anything else if needed.
The representative measured the window and door and gave the cost. He was professional, knowledgeable. The installers were professional, timely, and informative. Windows and door are excellent quality. I would highly recommend.
Arrived right on time with crews of sufficient size to complete the jobs efficiently. They were very courteous and open to my questions and concerns. They kept the work areas clean and did a through clean-up upon completion.
Allen out of Topeka should not be trusted. He lacks accountability for his actions and he doesnt seem to mind blaming customers for his short falls. It should never take 6 months to get a door in. Then Mike his manager doesnt seem to want to be bothered to listen to what happened as its a "waste of my time" We were a valued customer for many years to now be treated like this. The Kansas team does care except for Della. She is the only one who tries to get things fixed. So disappointing.

6 months later still havent fixed my door. The communication is terrible and no end in site to get it fixed properly. They dont respond when asked when itll arrive and each department gives you the run around.

Poor communication from the start. Set up appointment to install but didnt show up. Installers did a horrible job and scratched the door and didnt level anything. The guy came to confirm it was messes up and 3 months later they still dont communicate or tell us when a new door may arrive. There is only 1 lady here that will even try to help and they womt even get back to her. Quality has dropped so much since we got windows through them.

Installer first no showed his first scheduled time. When he did come he didn't come prepared and asked me for a roll of paper towels which I didn't have so all I could give him were the rags I use to clean my house. He trashed the rags so now I need to go buy new house cleaning rags... I even asked if I could wash them when he was done and he said yes... no luck :-(... on the good side the widows look so much better then the old metal ones did but I have no idea yet on the efficiency savings. <br />
