Chanania was the most incredible mortage broker. He was extremely knowledgable in every aspect of our loan from the time we entered the market until we closed. He was always available to us at any time from start to finish and checked up on us throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't have found a better mortgage broker.
The best mortgage broker! Really there for the client. will help you even if it means him not making a commission, or making a smaller CLIENT. I had a very complicated mortgage (2 other brokers from different companies told me no way im i getting approved) and he got it done in under 10 days yes you read it right 10 days.
When speaking to Chanania I always got the feeling we were talking about a mortgage that he was taking out for himself. You will not find this level of devotion and detailed explanations from anyone else!
