Chance was great. We had a series of purchases that fell through due to seller issues and the process was quite challenging. Chance treated us with compassion and kindness throughout this 4 year process. Finally closing on a new property was a great success for everyone involved! We had a great experience working with Chance. We were working with another lender for more than a week when they did not approve the loan and we were referred to AP mortgage and Chance. Obviously we were tensed and wasn't sure how fast we can pull this off to be on track for closing. Chance was so awesome. He made sure that he explained everything thoroughly and kept in contact with me the whole time.
