All I can say is WOW. My realtor highly recommended him and all I did was follow his steps for an ultra fast closing in 3 weeks. Every step, Chance was all over it. The team website was super easy to use and everything went well. I got an amazing home, a fantastic rate. Thank you Chance and Team for making our home dreams come true.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE. Huge liar and very shady. Horrible at communicating, lucky if you even get a response. He won’t walk you through a single thing or document. He’s very passive and manipulative. Our agent was even in tears due to how bad this transaction was, multiple times. Chance lied throughout the entire transaction. He lied saying he sent in our documents for approval when he actually didn’t until maybe 5 days after that.
