ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE. Huge liar and very shady. Horrible at communicating, lucky if you even get a response. He won’t walk you through a single thing or document. He’s very passive and manipulative. Our agent was even in tears due to how bad this transaction was, multiple times. Chance lied throughout the entire transaction. He lied saying he sent in our documents for approval when he actually didn’t until maybe 5 days after that. Chance was amazing! I had never been through this process before and being a first-time homeowner was very intimidating to say the least. My realtor (who was also great) put me in contact with Chance from the beginning and immediately he was very informative, took the time to explain the process and was genuine when asking if I had any questions.
