All I can say is WOW. My realtor highly recommended him and all I did was follow his steps for an ultra fast closing in 3 weeks. Every step, Chance was all over it. The team website was super easy to use and everything went well. I got an amazing home, a fantastic rate. Thank you Chance and Team for making our home dreams come true.

I did not trust that Chance had our best interest in mind as numbers changed from time to time and it was difficult to get into contact with him at times.
