My experience was great , but working with Chandler took it over the top. He was very assessable day or night and very helpful in getting you needed information and documents as well. If Chandler were not helping me my loan probably would not have been completed, because of the request from the Underwriter. This was a horrible mistake on my part and I wish I would have chosen anyone but Mutual of Omaha! I was told I would close five days before I actually did and the only reason I did is because I threated to walk away and low and behold I was able to close! I have closed now and I am being charged each day that my loan is not paid off and the response from Mutual of Omaha is NOTHING! You clearly don't care about me, you care about getting paid!
