I just need to start by saying I have never met a more thorough lender in my life!!! When I was getting NO’s from all different directions she honestly made it too good to be true that somebody actually listened to what I needed and delivered! She will not disappoint!
I was referred to Chanel by my realtor, who described her as a “straight shooter,” but he also mentioned that she is a “closer.” Once I learned this, I knew this was someone I needed in my corner. Chanel made the entire process so seamless and I truly enjoyed working with her. Even if you aren’t able to close, you will definitely gain something (e.g., knowledge) after working with her.
I started with a different loan company when I started the contract on my now home, the closing date was set 3 months out due to seller needing flexibility, fast forward to one week before closing I hadn’t gotten a CTC from my loan officer and he was asking for an extension! In the beginning Chanel did great. But at the end when closing was 1 day out things were a mess. Unprepared. Also felt like she was talking down to me. Wouldn’t use again.

Our lender figures were sent to the title company a full week in advance and as I explained, we do not control when the seller sends in their figure to title. Chanel is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
