I can not say how easy the loan process was after Chanel took over. A little history.. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my life is working with Chanel and her team. She was patient, available, professional and diligent the entire process. I just knew my closing was going to be over 2 months, NOT AT ALL, not only did I close a day early but I closed within 6 weeks.
