Manager is racist. I was forced out of my apartment because of it. Homeless ppl sleep in the yard and deficate on the grass in the daytime. I have written several letters. BBB and fair housing. Next I’ll be calling my friends at News 8 and having them do an investigation on this place. She forwarded my packages to an unknown address and I haven’t received my deposit yet and I moved in July 1. Horrible place to live with Desiree working there.

Beautiful on the outside and inside ♥️ very responsive manager. There is a waiting list to live here. I like that they screen for sex offenders!
Incessant noise all day, every day. Loud upstairs neighbors stomping on our ceiling, people setting off the door alarm constantly by propping it open, parents letting their kids play right outside our window in the parking lot, people blasting "music" in the parking lot. On top of this, the manager gets all put out when we ask her to investigate noise, and does absolutely nothing about it. Is it too much to ask we get some peace and quiet around here?
UPDATE WE HAVE AN INSPECTION TODAY AND IN THE TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE I have NEVER SEEN THE MANAGER PICK UP TRASH not even in the common area we need inspections more often… I'm so disappointed, I was expecting the complex to reflect the great customer service I received from the current property manager. There is definitely a roach problem that was down played and not mentioned until I signed my lease...at the rate I sprayed and it's only day one not even a full 8 hrs and the roaches are out...it could not have been treated... read more
