My g/f has been at ************* almost 2 years and had no problems until they put a new property manager in place along with a new maintenance guy. It's pretty obvious what's going on between those ***** They don't hide it well. That's very un-proffessional. If it snows on a Saturday, you're waiting till Monday to get sidewalks and steps cleared and salted, but if they need something from you, it better be now. What I know is we can't get any repairs done if there are empty apartments to be flipped. we have to wait until they are ready to rent those apartments before the Maintenance can work on our problems that need fixed. Also he has to work here 2 or 3 days and has to go to Ardumen housing to work. they are splitting his days here to work. There is more then enough work here for him to keep busy for a week. Sadly mismanaged and understaffed. What management they do have will gaslight you and make you feel like it is your fault for being injured do to their negligence. Remember...they are doing us a favor by allowing us to live in the community. We should be bowing down to them. I wouldn't mind that, if I had proper heat in my home..

***, where do I start. Ive been planning to move in ******* Landing since April 2024. My move in date was scheduled for August 2024 , I had received a call stating my apartment unit wasnt going to be ready until September 2024. With the delay I had to move me and my 2 young children in with my mom and Im now paying an unwanted u-haul storage. I want to complain about the ridiculous monthly apt inspections. Every month our apts are inspected. I find this intrusive, an invasion of privacy, and unnecessary.The signed lease doesnt say anything about monthly inspections, it says periodically.
