Our experience this visit was off compared to some past visits. It was our anniversary and chose to spend it here.. Unfortunately covid has dampened things a bit with staffing problems and such. However the reason for the review is because my meal was set on the table cold. I have no idea how long my food was sitting on the line but long enough to completely cool off. Dining out on New Year's eve is always an experience. Charbonos in Avon was able to accommodate our party of 4 thru Open Table with short notice. We requested an 8:30 time at a regular table but ended up being seated at a high top in the bar around 9pm, which given the crowd was understandable. The service was prompt and courteous.
