Wish we could remember the name of our server, he was excellent. Had a party of 15, saw that he had other tables, yet he seemed to always be there with what you needed or to ask what we needed.

We go to Charbonos every Wednesday for dinner. It seems that every time we've been, it's always something. We aren't complainers. I ordered a loaded baked potato and it came out with only cheese. The next week, I ordered chicken parmesan and it was reheated or came from frozen. For $20 a plate, I would have liked it fresh enough to cut into it without struggle. We just know that we need to eat at Stone Creek or Boulder Creek from now on.
