Food was delicious, as always. Service was awful, though. Our waitress forgot several things, screwed up our order, twice and then billed us for things we didn't order. Not great, honestly. I've never felt the need to complain, as I love this restaurant, but our service was really bad. 😕

Thé food and service at Charbonos are what make it well worth visiting. The salmon and filet mignon that my wife and I had were perfectly prepared and attractively presented. The tiramisu was some of the best that I have ever had, and I have eaten throughout Europe including Italy. The dining room is haphazardly and oddly designed and decorated, but the fare and service are reliably excellent. Kudos to John Thomas for his excellent service!
