Overpriced, food quality was not what it should be at that price point. Waitress rarely came around, had to ask for bread and oil, then waited another 15 minutes for it.

The only thing keeping me from giving five stars was the delay in getting our food. It was Mother's Day at 4:30 pm and we were there for over 2 hours to get our food and desert. There were delays with entrees and even bigger delay on desert. The table next to us had the same problem and the manager stopped and talked with them offering discounts. We did not see him. Our waiter was apologetic and helpful but he was at the mercy of the kitchen. This is unusual for Charbonos. Maybe better planning for a big day was in order. Ma... read more

Great service and we loved our food. Half of our party ordered scallops and the other half ordered salmon. Scallops and salmon were great and prepared perfectly.

We went to celebrate Mothers' Day with our son and family. The restaurant was very busy but the service was adequate. My meal was very good though not as hot as I like but my husband said his meal was just average.

Server was excellent. Food took a long time to arrive. Two of the three orders arrived undercooked - including a pork chop. Calamari was okay - nothing to write home about. Calamari at Stone Creek (a sister restaurant) is far superior. Sides were okay, but not a lot of variety. Given the choice, I’d dine at Stone Creek over Charbonos every time - Charbonos should take some notes from their sister store.
