While this maybe the result of right after Christmas staff, I will say the Cunningham's do need to address the lack of consistency coming out of the kitchen. My meal in particular, Chicken Parm. The chicken was over cooked, dry, and actually had a few burnt edges. Cheese on top was mostly gone/missing. Had to ask for some additional marinara because there was hardly any present. Pasta was done well though. Definitely not what I've come to expect, having frequented Carbon's for many years.
We had a wonderful server who was attentive but not hovering. Food was very good and quick. Very nice evening.

We asked for a side of horseradish that never came, it seemed like our waitress was distracted, she was super nice but forgot a drink twice and one of the vegetables wasn’t substituted for meal.
After a busy day in the kitchen preparing for Christmas, I just didn't have the strength to fix a meal. Charbono's to the rescue!

Great food & service. Restaurant seating is a little wide open and can be loud. The bar, and bar seating is a bit more intimate.
Experience was pretty much in par with our other visits. Great food and servers. This particular night there was a large party in the main area when you walk in to the left. They were extremely loud. Made it difficult to have a conversation. Others complained. Not sure why they weren’t put in the party room. It was not in use.
