We were made aware of Charbonos through the Only in Indiana website. The pictures and description of the restaurant caught our attention. We love to try out new restaurants. We will definitely return to Charbonos. Great service by Jonathan, food was absolutely delicious!!
What a wonderful date night. Dinner was delicious. We shared a calamari appetizer which was cooked perfectly. I had the lasagna and my husband had the Tuscan chicken pasta for our entrees. Everything was delicious. Our server was terrific. She made sure to keep our water glasses full and checked back often without being a nuisance. It was a very enjoyable evening out.
Had a reservation. Although they didn’t appear very busy and there were empty tables in the main dining area they put us at a small table in the bar. Was asked when I made the reservation if it was a special occasion...I stated it was my husband’s birthday. It wasn’t acknowledged in any way nor were we even asked it we wanted dessert, another drink, etc. My husband bit down on a “rock” object in his salad. The manager just asked if he was ok. Steak was tender but not much flavor. In general we were disappointed.
