We always enjoy Charbono's. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. Pizzas are tasty. The Applewood Chicken Salad is excellent.
Charbonos in Avon always has the best food and service. Their menu is great for anyone, a foodie and the picky eater. Their kids menu is kid friendly and reasonably priced. One of my favorite things at Charbonos is that they have Chicken Velvet Soup! Highly recommend getting a cup. They seem to handle large parties very well too.
I was not thrilled with my entree but did not complain. The other two people in our party were very happy with their choices: scallops and chicken Parmesan. I had the piccata. When the waitress asked if I wanted a box for my leftovers I said no as I was not thrilled with the meal. She apologized profusely and got the manager, who comped my meal! I did not expect that. I just didn't care for it, and it was not something that anyone did "wrong." So, even though I did not care for what I ordered, Chardonos did right by me.
