Wow...it just keeps getting better My first time guest enjoyed the Bourbon Bru Burger and thought it was the best burger ever. I go with the trusty rotisserie ham sandwich which is delicious. Service outstanding without hovering.
Not as consistent as usual but still great service weak (very unusual) for this busy lunch time; food fabulous as always. Might have been not ready for the number at lunch that day as everyone seemed to struggle. Wonderful, delicious salad, chicken velvet soup was incredible, appetizers outstanding. still a huge fan
Always discover a new item... Regulars here but every time we try something new we delight. The calamari is perfect! We prefer the sauce on the side but it is always "just right." Great pizza, great applewood chicken salad and a ham rotisserie sandwich that is perfect.
Never lets us down Why is Charbonos our go-to place? Consistency especially of service. Always accommodating of special requests, very attentive. Smothered chicken or rotisserie chicken always a favorite. Rotisserie ham/turkey is a nice change of pace....
consistently excellent whenever our lunch group of 8 wants a "nice" lunch in Avon we always land at Charbonos. Delicious interesting salads, unique sandwiches and daily specials. Turkey wrap particularly good. Rotisserie ham turkey a nice change. Burgers delicious
service is strong every time we lunch here we remark that service is strong. Groups of six are the norm and food arrives promptly and is well prepared. Applewood chicken salad, newer rotisserie ham sandwich, pick two combos are all perfect.
You can't go wrong at Charbonos attentive service as slow or fast as you prefer at lunch. Great salads and soup or half sandwich combos. Loved the BLT! Who knew a BLT could taste so good?
The food was excellent but the service was bad. I don't know if the staff was having issues that night or what but our server took forever to get our order and bring us water. We'd ask for something and he'd forget to bring it to us, one of the people at our table ordered soup and they forgot to bring it out, our salads/appetizers came out at the same time as our main course, and the manager had to apologize for how bad things were going that night.
