Alivia our waitress was excellent. My son has many food allergies and she made sure to check and see what he could and could not have. He had the ribeye and my husband and I had the filet medallions with lobster risotto. All were excellent! We were thrilled they were able to accommodate all of his food allergies (all dairy, all nuts, garlic, legumes, green beans and shellfish). We will be returning. The general manager Drew also came out to make sure everything was good.
My first time guest enjoyed the Bourbon Bru Burger and thought it was the best burger ever. I go with the trusty rotisserie ham sandwich which is delicious. Service outstanding without hovering.
Nice upscale dinning in a sea of chain restaurants on us 36. Great house salad. Enjoyed the free dessert for our anniversary. Good entree choices. A little on the expensive side but a get what you paid for thing.
Lovely food, service, and ambiance. We specially appreciated how welcome and appreciated we felt. Fabulous service- coupled with a great menu. Interesting menu changes regularly and uses local sourced food. We love Charbonos! Desserts can be shared, and recommend doing that!
Service was quick, friendly and helpful. I will return for the prime rib.
The salmon was cooked perfectly. The server was spot on. My food burned my mouth, that never happened before. Hot off the grill!
