Seated after 7:30pm with a 7pm reservation. Our table was right next to the hostess stand & front door :( The waitress was friendly but didn't seem very experienced. Told us the particular beer we wanted was available, then brought us something in a glass - obviously draft, that was not the beer we ordered...but tried to assure us it was probably just poured out of the bottle for us - don't think so. Why is Charbonos our go-to place? Consistency especially of service. Always accommodating of special requests, very attentive. Smothered chicken or rotisserie chicken always a favorite. Rotisserie ham/turkey is a nice change of pace....
We are frequent customers, great food! My husband had to send back his steak but it came back good!
