Good booth, waiter could have been more attentive to drinks although good personality, bread wasn’t as good (new recipe?) and was one of my favorite Charbono’s items, food was good - Brownie sundae was excellent! Thanks, Mike

Risotto left something to be desired. Not cooked quite enough and was still hard. Not Creamy as it should be. Steak was tough and for a rib eye was laxking.

We are huge fans of Charbonos and visit there frequently but our meal on Saturday night was disappointing. My filet medallions were over cooked, the sauce was just ok. I had asked to substitute a baked potato for the Parmesan risotto but still got the risotto. Our waiter appeared infrequently to refill water but he seemed too busy to be bothered. We had waited for a longer time than normally so I didn’t want to send my meal back so that’s on me. I hope that this was just a one time bad dinner out. We normally love Charbonos ... read more
