We had little to no response listing FSBO on Zillow. It also took weeks for the ad to even post. After listing with Pam we had a list of showings right away. Her team walked me through the property and had me add things like different light bulbs that really made a difference. They took great pics and staged the rooms that needed it. She stayed on top of everything. I know they are extremely busy right now but she made us feel like our sale was the top priority. She did a great job!
Pam was very professional she come out in the initial walkthrough gave me suggestions and ideas of what to do and how to prep for the cell it took a little time to sell it but it was because of the market and the pandemic but we managed to do it in a timely manner and only a few dollars under what I really wanted so I would recommend Pam and her whole crew of Realtors over there they're the best and I will never forget them because in my time of need they stepped up and took care of me and help me through the process I want ... read more
You might think that selling a lake house right now is like shooting fish in a barrel. That is not exactly true. Pam was outstanding at posturing our lake house.
