Charlie was fantastic from start to finish. He spent the time to educate us being this was our first home buying experience. He also worked over Christmas weekend to ensure our offer and loan were executed without delay. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire closing process as well as a friendly person to work with. We felt his genuine excitement on our behalf as we closed on our home. I rarely draft reviews, but feel compelled to do so here. Charlie and the team are incredible. From the outset, Charlie takes as much time as necessary to explain the process of obtaining a mortgage, and the various considerations. Charlie is amiable, patient, and is able to convert detailed concepts into plain English so that the client can make an informed decision. Most importantly, Charlie was able to work with the lender to dramatically decrease the originally quoted interest rate. Thank you Charlie, Indica, and Kyle.
