Very happy with the service. They got me in at a moment's notice!! Everyone is so nice. Truly enjoy listening and talking to Dr Kenner and Stacy. So nice to go to the dentist and laugh while there. The dental hygienists do a good job but could be less rough. It seems when they are measuring your gums they use this tool that feels like needles and really hurts when they push into your gums. They don't say I'm sorry this is going to hurt but just let you grimace through the pain. I was in a lot of dental pain when i called today. I was told they could see me right away. Treatment was provided at that visit. The staff is professional and understanding. I was treated as a person instead of some"case". The assistants are awesome and Doc Kenner is the best. They are my one stop shop for all of my dental needs! They are amazing! I had a problem with a tooth on Sunday. I called and let a message to please call me first thing Monday morning to see if I could get an appointment. I had business scheduled out of town and it was important to me to get in early. I am an old patient of Dr Kenner and he is familiar with our schedule. JoAnn called at exactly 7:00 to let me know to come on in and Dr Kenner would work me in. Procedure went well and I was back home by 7:50. Very accommodating and appreciated.
