I was very happy with Kelly's ability to get me in asap to replace my crown cap. I honestly still have trouble with the crown I had done a year ago on the other side even though Dr. Kenner has adjusted it a few times. It still hurts intermittently when I chew. I worry that it's cracked, but it's been the same for a year now. I will come back in if it gets worse. Thank you. From when I first walked in the office until I left, my visit was very pleasant. Every one was so friendly. The procedure was not stressful at all and I was informed of every step in advance. I am one of the people that usually has to be "forced" to go to the dentist! With that being said, I will not have to be forced to go back to Dr. Kenner. He and his staff were nothing but wonderful, friendly, and gentle with my husband and I. I think I have finally found a office staff that I am comfortable with. Now that's something to SMILE about!
