RecommendedAllen fixed my broken A/C outside in the pouring rain on a super hot day. Pleasant, efficient and professional. Very grateful for next day service from a company I can trust.
My AC was making a “running” sound while I was using the furnace Allen was professional and courteous. He quickly identified the issue (flipped wiring) and was able to fix it promptly. He then double checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Great service and it was very reasonably priced too!

I have been using Charter Home Comfort for my home and business. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Most service issues are handled within one day. Our AC went out at the office.
