we have used some several times and they are great we love Matt. one day I called it was very warm out in the air broke it was quarter to 5 p.m. and they said they would get somebody out there soon and boy did they ever it was within 20 minutes. I have multiple sclerosis and cannot take the heat whatsoever they are so caring and do such a good job love you Lori

Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday with the temperature in the 90s and the humidity terrible. We called Luedtke Heating and Cooling and they came out within the hour. They told us the whole unit was gone. The next morning they called and said they could come out and pull the old unit, but not install the new systems until Wednesday. Temperature was in the 90s and promised to climb higher. Love the team at Luedtke Heating and Cooling for their professionalism and commitment to excellence! I called this morning and they fit me in today. My AC is fried but Tom tried his best to save it. In the end I only paid for the service call and I think Tom felt worse than me that he couldn’t fix it! They definitely will be installing the new one.
We have received the best service from Luedtke's!!! They are very pleasant. They take the time to walk us through what they found and then give us "understandable" details on how they plan to fix it. Very reputable. Would highly recommend them.
