Appointment was suppose to be at 2:45pm I am now leaving appointment at 400pm The assitant or nurse seem like she didn’t like her job when I laid down for my mri she didn’t use the sponge pads to keep my knee in place so when my knee twitched I moved then she came back and placed the pads like she should have done before I have had multiple mris before and honestly this was not that good due to her lack of care I asked if she could turn the music up when she put the pads by my knee she turned it off I had no music the entire... read more
Patients should not be left to wait for hours in the lobby after their appointment time, especially as one of the owners is happily chatting away with friends on the other side of the waiting room oblivious to the fact that patients have been sitting and waiting far beyond their appointment time. Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before appointments, our appt was at 6:00pm we arrived at 5:45 and my son was not seen until 7:30pm!!! this is not acceptable. I didn't get even an apology for the wait.

So I will reply to this after having ignored it for more than one year and it seems another patient liked it. People read these reviews and get the wrong impression . I was not chatting with my friends. A middle aged male had brought his 80 year old non English speaking mother to Charter Radiology . She was loosing weight and suffering from Alzheimer's and needed a Brain MRI. They fit my daughter in for an MRI same day!! MRI at 1:45, results BEFORE her appointment with her doctor at 3:00!! Dr Daisy is a rock star!!!
