 RecommendedExcellent staff. The front desk folks were courteous and thoughtful, and the technicians were helpful and very sensitive to my needs as a patient. 5 stars all around.Â
I called to schedule for a MRI and X-ray. My time was 8:10. It was after nine when I completed the MRI. I told the man I was also suppose to have an X-ray for him to tell me no tech was available. I told the front desk I needed my order returned and had to come back the next day to have it done. It was an inconvenience but the staff were welcoming and professional.Â
I always go for my breast MRIs. I have terrible veins and they listen to me and work with me to make it as pleasant as possible. This time it only took one stick which is very unusual. It was mostly because they worked together as a team and were patient with my veins. Thank you. Stay healthy. VivienneÂ
My visit recently at Charter was amazing! Super clean. Staff was professional. Service was great! I highly recommend them for any Radiology treatments.Â
