Staff were very polite, efficient, competent, so my appointment went quickly. The waiting time was filled by the usual "updating" of my paperwork that we all encounter when we haven't been to medical facility/office for a while. Overall, I rate Charter Radiology higher than any other imaging facility that I have been to.Â
You know how you go in an office for service and have to wait a long time. Let me tell you that charter Radiology was quick and fast. I had the greatest experience at charter radiology. The staff are super nice and while I was taking my MRI I was able to listen to R&B music.Â
Best radiology center I have been to. They let me listen to music in my MRI (never had that before with any imaging) which helps the time go by. The staff was very kind and the process was very easy. They are great with communication as well. For any future imaging, I am sticking with them.Â
My wife recently received an order for an MRI. The Charter Radiology Columbia branch is conveniently located near her Orthopedic Doctor so we made an appointment. On the day of her MRI we got stuck on the highway before an accident. Needless to say, we arrived late; about 15 minutes or so. The check in staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What can I say besides THERE IS NOONE BETTER THAN CHARTER RADIOLOGY for your medical needs. Unfortunately we've had need for expert assistance in medicine and daisy and her staff are untouchable by any others to help not only diagnose, but offer such compassion along with their services. Don't hesitate , you'll be in the best hands you can find using charter radiology!Â
